History

In 1940, Cincinnati Sub-Zero (CSZ) Products, Inc. opened for business as a distributor of frozen foods that would later become the first U.S. distributor of home deep-freezers. Nine years after its start, the company changed directions and began manufacturing and marketing temperature-controlled products. Today, CSZ is the customer-focused manufacturer of patient body, blood and fluid temperature control products for the healthcare market along with industrial environmental simulation testing equipment and contract testing services for multiple industries.

In September of 2011, CSZ will celebrate its 70th Anniversary as a quality provider of environmental test chambers and patient temperature management products.
