Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing - Medical Division
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Select, train, develop and motivate an International Distribution network to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals. Properly plan and manage travel to reduce company’s expense.
Primary objective is to drive revenue and profit growth through a network of independent distributors. The ability to select distribution partners will be vital.
Evaluating distributors, distributor’s sales & marketing personnel and the distributors market will be a key. Motivating distributor management to assure the distributor meets CSZ revenue goals for the market.
Managing and setting distributor revenue goals. Communicating with CSZ Marketing to assure International Sales understands marketing priorities and is able to convey these priorities to International distribution partners.

Product Manager - Medical Division
About Us:
Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Patient Temperature Management devices, is in need of a Product Manager to join our team
The Medical Division Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects involved in managing the Medical Division’s Products. The major aspects of this responsibility include product management of the total development process from concept through production. Additional responsibilities include coordination of product testing and clinical trials within the company and in the hospital setting, contribution to the product training and education of the sales force, contribution to the development of sales and promotional activities, interaction and correspondence with sales force, dealers and customers and function as a coordinator to direct the activities of all other functional support departments within the company pertaining to existing and new products in development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Key Results Areas:
- New product(s) development
- Existing product improvement/modifications
- Competitive product knowledge
- Product training and basic technical service training when applicable
- Engineering/Manufacturing Liaison
- Plans and oversees the marketing advertising and promotion activities such as literature, advertisements, press releases for print, electronic and direct mail
- Coordinates photo shoots for new products and print, web etc.
- Coordinate and participate in seminars and conventions
- Control shipping of show equipment
- Coordinate attendance of show booth personnel
- Develop concepts, designs and displays for Trade Shows
- Training all Regional Sales personnel, International Sales personnel and working with Nurse Practitioners on seminars and training
- Stay current of marketing, trends, competitive programs
- Working with Doctors and Medical facilities to discover new products and options for application of our products in new arenas of medical discovery
- Develop training manuals and PowerPoint presentations
- Develop Confidential New Product Packets
- Supervise Marketing Communications Manager in all aspects of brochures and conventions
Principal Accountabilities:
- To develop new products in existing and new markets that follow the direction of the company charter
- To sponsor and promote new product development, including features, material selection, possible vendor selection and alternate manufacturing methods including at times the preparation of Engineering packages for new products
- To provide timely updates on products in development, provide forecasting input, dates of introduction and promotional ideas and concepts
- To serve as an information sources to the sales force, dealers and customers
- To ensure customer satisfaction on CSZ products by emphasizing quality and effectiveness in product applications
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Must live in Cincinnati or the Tristate Area
- Bachelors of Arts or Sciences, MBA preferred
- 3-5 years Product Management Experience
- 3-5 years Healthcare, Supervisory Experience

Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, Inc. a leading manufacturer of Environmental Test Chambers and Patient Temperature Management devices is in need of an experienced Credit & Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.
Candidates for this part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) position must demonstrate competency in the following disciplines:
- Initiate collection calls on past due customer accounts
- Review credit applications and provide recommendations on credit risk
- Research disputed delinquent accounts and correct as appropriate
- Provide documentation to and coordinate efforts of collection agencies
- Manage bankruptcy notices, file claims, and maintain customer accounts
- Prepare monthly reports showing delinquency trends and collection efforts
- Provide backup support to Accounts Receivable Clerk
An Associates degree in Accounting or Finance and 1 year experience in credit & collections are required.

Mechanical Engineer
Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, Inc. a leading manufacturer of Patient Temperature Management devices, is in need of an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
This position will work closely with the marketing and manufacturing groups on product line support and the design of our medical devices.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate competency in the following disciplines:
- design of electro-mechanical systems
- fluid mechanics, heat transfer
- design for assembly
- the design of plastic and sheet metal components
In addition to the technical competencies mentioned above, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills.
A minimum BSME degree and 5 years experience in a medical device design environment are required.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of medical design standards as well as US and international medical regulations.

Mechanical Engineer - Refrigeration

Responsibilities:
Design refrigeration systems for standard products and custom applications. Systems can be as simple as single stage, one HP to multiple large HP cascade systems. Design fluid flow systems for chillers and other temperature management devices. Provide engineering support for marketing innovations and improvements, cost reductions and lean manufacturing efforts.
Minimum requirements:
Four year Mechanical Engineering degree
Single stage refrigeration design mandatory, cascade design preferred
Knowledge of integration of refrigeration and control systems
Other desired technical experience:
- Thermal calculations
- Understanding of air flow designs
- Controls, hydraulics, pump knowledge
- Experience with chambers

Sr. Sales Engineer -Custom Application Specialist

Sales Engineer responsibilities include developing the initial concepts of one-off pieces of test equipment. Types of testing include thermal, fluid, altitude, humidity, vibration, solar simulations and others. Candidates will need a basic working knowledge in the following design areas: applied thermodynamics, applied fluid mechanics, and integration between mechanical and electrical components.
Job description details include evaluation of customer requests, initial concept design and evaluation of cost, design review with engineering team, sales personnel, and customers (both domestic and international) and creation of formal proposals / quotation for customer.

Quality Engineer
Reports to: Director of Quality/Regulatory
About Us:
Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products, Inc. a Medical Device firm seeks a highly skilled, hands-on Quality Engineer for immediate placement.
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Candidate must have 4-5 years related experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Verification and Validation of Product Design, Production Processes and Services ensuring compliance, has responsibility for product and process validation consistent with specifications/requirements.
- Provide guidance on writing and executing of IQ/OQ/PQ test protocols, preparing validation reports and approving them for Quality and Regulatory functions.
- Lead quality assurance tasks regarding ECN control and document change to ensure changes are built upon a known foundation, verified and/or validated, and approved by the Director of Quality.
- Create, implement, and provide guidance on measurement systems, process risk analysis, FMEA’s of new product development process, software validations, and other processes needed.
- Support implementation of effective corrective action program to solve production/design quality issues ensuring effectiveness of corrective action.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Engineering, design control, verification and validation tools and methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to apply project management skills to ensure fulfillment of new product development requirements.
- Analyze and inspects products and reports involving returned products and recommends corrective action.
- Demonstrate quality auditing and problem solving skills.
- Participate and lead corrective action initiatives.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in product complaint handling including complaint investigation, corrective action, trending and medical device reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in trending of Key quality indicators.
